SSI Diving Center in Chaloklum
We opened in January 2024 with a clear vision: safe diving, small groups, and a relaxed atmosphere. Our SSI instructors have over 10 years of experience leading dives in Egypt, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand. That expertise is now available in Chaloklum, aboard our own boat.
SSI Instructors with International Experience
Although the center opened in 2024, our team has over a decade of experience underwater. We've worked in the world's best dive destinations and apply that same standard here: clear briefings, tide-based dive site selection, and realistic, not textbook, plans.
Why Choose a Resort with Its Own Boat in Koh Phangan?
Small Groups. Maximum 20 People on Board
Most boats depart with 30+ divers. We limit ourselves to 20. Fewer people means a more attentive instructor, equipment assembled at a more relaxed pace, and more space on deck between dives.
Departures at 10:00 from Chaloklum.
Our 10:00 AM departure takes you to Sail Rock and Koh Ma when other boats are already heading back. You'll enjoy dive sites with fewer people and better visibility.
Multi-spot excursions for certified divers. Conditions permitting, we visit several dive sites around Koh Phangan in a single day. Sail Rock and the oil platform are customer favorites. You'll see more marine life and spend less time traveling.
SSI multilingual instructors with international experience
Spanish, English, French, Dutch, Hebrew, Russian. Our team has over 10 years of diving experience, with backgrounds in Egypt, the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. This global perspective allows us to explain marine life, currents, and techniques in a way that beginner divers can easily understand.
From your first dive to advanced SSI courses. We offer Try Dive for beginners and SSI courses up to Advanced. We'll guide you every step of the way: from setting up your equipment to discussing the dive over drinks afterward.
Safety and New Equipment: Our Commitment
As a 2024 center, all our equipment is new and is checked daily. Regulators, vests, and wetsuits are available in sizes XS to XXL, with official SSI maintenance from day one.
We want you to feel at home and take away unforgettable memories. Our instructors will guide you from preparation to post-dive, ensuring your diving experience in Koh Phangan exceeds all your expectations.
